Kedarnath is located at 3584 m above the sea level. It is widely believed that in order to hide from the Pandavas, Lord Shiva himself in the disguise of a bull at Kedarnath.   • Kedarnath Temple:

    Located between the mountains of Garhwal. Still, Kedarnath temple has a history of over a thousand years. Adi Shankaracharya re-constructed the present structure of this temple. The walls of this temple tell the story of the Mahabharata through cravings. There are various cravings depicting various deities and scenes from ancient Indian mythology.  It is surely the most important Dham among the four important Dhams.

  • Vasuki Tal:

    This lake is situated at an altitude of 4135 meters. Chaukhamba peaks are the neighboring peaks. Which is famous among the Trekkers.

  • Shankaracharya Samadhi:

    A famous place for the religious people. Sri Shankaracharya established this Samadhi in the 8th century.

  • Agastyamuni:

    This Temple is a good example of architectural splendor.  Accordingly, the temple is dedicated to Saint Agastya. The interiors of this temple are full of paintings and sculptures.

  • Sonprayag:

    Devotees often take dips in the holy water. They have faith towards Nirvana.

  • Chandrashilla:

    Located at a height of 3670m. Chandrashillla is quite famous among the trekkers and skiers. Open throughout the year it’s a perfect gateway for the adventurers. Additionally, a Shiva temple can be explored on the peak of Chandrashilla
